_"Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen. 1:8 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty."_

There are people who are not living with the expectation of the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, though they may even be christians. The world attractions can entice and capture one's heart and get distracted from looking forward to the appearance of the Lord and saviour Jesus Christ in the clouds.
The coming back of Jesus Christ will shock a lot of people, because they are not prepared to meet Him. Behold, he comes with clouds and all eyes shall see Him. No man knows that day and hour, not even the angels of heaven, but the Father only.(Matt. 24:36)
This calls for the perseverance of believers in Christ Jesus to hold the fort. Occupying till He comes. Don't let the cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches lure you out of your duty post. Let's be steadfast in the faith with our eyes glued on the author and finisher of our faith.
At the appearance of Christ, all the kindreds of the earth shall wail because of Him. They that pierced Him shall also see Him. Everything will come to lime light, the whole world will then know that He is the beloved Son of the living God. It will be too late to accept Him, as their Lord and Savior at that time. This is the acceptable time of salvation, tomorrow may be too late.

Dear Lord Jesus, I acknowledge you as my personal Lord and Savior. I believe you are coming back again to bring me home with you. Grant me grace to bring many souls along into your kingdom, in your mighty name I pray. Amen!
