_"And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us. 3:5 And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them. 3:6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. 3:7 And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength."_
*#Spiritual Substance*
A certain man lamed from the womb depends on the alms received daily at the beautiful gate to survive. This time around Peter and John were going into the temple at the hour of prayer I.e a particular prayer watch.
The man was hoping to get alms from them, as he does from some other people but Peter fasten his eyes upon him and made him realize that they have a substance different from his expectation.
Spiritual substance exceeds the value of material things. It can materialize to something that money cannot solve. A believer carries something weightier than silver or gold. You have something that silver or gold cannot buy.
Everything, in this life is not about money. There are points where money fails. You can give spiritual substance to help someone get up in life. Your words of encouragement and prayers goes a long way, than snubbing them. You may not have money all the time but there is always a substance paramount with your life and it can be activated at any given time. Recognize and understand the supernatural gifts of the Holy Spirit inside of you and use it effectively to glorify God in the earth.
