_`And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them, And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoso shall receive one such little child in my name receiveth me.'_
🔮 TOPIC:*The Significance of Conversion of a Soul*
Jesus set a little child in the midst of the disciples, as a standard for entering the kingdom of heaven. This statement is not something, that we can just overlook because it's very crucial. It's the condition set for us to become a citizen of the kingdom of heaven. The debate among the disciples was who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven? But, the Lord started with the prerequisite of entering there. It's not important to know, who is the greatest, but to know and understand what it takes to have access and be numbered with the people who will be there.
The 'except' there signify that, there is no other way round. The conversion of a soul is very important. You can't enter the kingdom of heaven with your toxic mind set, a conversion needs to take place that will change your heart to become tender as little children. You are going no where with your pride and arrogance. You must be born again! The new birth must take place. Repent and be converted. There's no patching of the old life in entering the kingdom of heaven. You are offer a brand life in Christ Jesus.
The first man Adam was made a living soul, but new man is made a quickening Spirit. 'And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. (1 Corinthians 15:45-50).
The significant thing that takes place, when a soul becomes converted is humility, which is the key to greatness in the kingdom of heaven. Humility is a nature not just an habit you practice. It flows from the heart. You may be kneeling down or prostrating for someone, but that doesn't mean you are humble. It's a fruit of the Spirit. A child has a tender heart to be controlled, he's not driven by self will. A child can easily bend his will and obey order, if not under the influence of demonic forces. There's something wrong, if a child fails to obey his parent. The dealings of God in our lives, will make us yield totally to His will without questioning the Lordship of Christ. If, we acknowledge Him as the Lord, then we will seek to do His will, which will guarantee us in making it to heaven. 'Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.' (Matthew 7:21)

Thank you Lord for the salvation of my soul. I acknowledge you as the Lord of my life. Help my heart to be humble, as I yield myself to do your will all the days of my life, in Jesus name. Amen! 🙏
