_'Delight thyself also in the LORD: and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.'_
🔮 TOPIC:*Commit Your Way unto the LORD*
The moment that you acknowledge the Lordship of Jesus Christ upon your life, the HolySpirit comes in to take control. You have to be submissive to God's will. You don't make choices and decisions contrary to His plan and purpose for your life. You can't continue living your life the way you like without checking within you, if the Lord will be pleased with your actions. The moment we align to the Spirit, His will becomes our will. The desires of your heart will not be in conflict with God's desire for you.
The secret of getting the desires of your heart granted is delighting yourself in the Lord. Is God in your thoughts everyday? Do you get Him involved in your daily affairs? These are the ways to delight yourself in the Lord. You become ever conscious of His presence everywhere you find yourself. He is not far away as you think, He wants to be close to your heart. The Lord will draw you closer to Himself, as you learn to keep His commandment.
God is interested in your life and the ways you live your life. He is expecting you to carry Him along in every steps. Don't go a mile without involving Jesus in the journey. Present every matter to the Lord before making final decision. Give room for the Lord in your boat and it will not capside. There are people who believe they are smart enough to run the affairs of their lives and believe they don't need Jesus, but it quite unfortunate that they soon realize that they are without the one who is the way, the truth and life and their lives become miserable. A life with Jesus is the best, because He will be there to help you navigate through the challenges of life. Commit your ways unto the Lord. Talk to the Lord first, before you talk to people. Develop a great relationship with the Lord by prayer and meditation on God's word. Trust in the LORD and He will guide and help you to achieve that dream. Don't take the matter behind God, put it before Him and it will become easy for you to succeed and prosper.
