📖 📖 📖 TEXT (2 Corinthians 9:6-8)

 _'But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully. Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver. And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:_ 

 

 

🔮 TOPIC:*Abounding Grace to Every good work*

The kind of harvest that a farmer will gather is determined by the extent of land that he cultivated and seed planted. If, he sow sparingly, he will reap sparingly. You cannot compare the harvest of a man that sow in just a single plot of land and the one who sow into hectares of land. The result will be obviously different. The same applies to spiritual matter of giving. Giving is a spiritual act, because when you give you become a blessing to others. Giving is an act of worship too. You're serving the Lord with your substance. It's a sacrifice that God honors. 

God desires to bless you and makes you a blessing. The blessings of God in your life is not meant for you and your family alone. The plan of God is to make you a channel of blessings to other people around you. He lifts you to lift others. The Lord fashioned your life with His grace unto every good works. You can't abound in good works without the grace of God. God has the ability to make all grace abound towards you that you may abound to every good work. There are people when you see the way they love God and give bountifully, you will know that this grace is at work in their lives. They do not hold on to the little they have. They give without grudge and they always have more in return. 

You cannot give and lack. It's absolutely impossible! Many of us are always afraid to lose that which we cannot keep. Giving is about the condition of your heart, as you purposed in your heart to give not grudgingly or of a necessity for God loves a cheerful giver. You will only get your full reward, if you do it cheerfully and willingly. You need to access that grace to abound in good works. The grace enables you to supernaturally flow in making good impact in the lives of others. Money is not the only currency use in giving. You can give your time and resources also.

I thank you Lord for the grace that found me. Let much more grace abound towards me to live in practical ways of touching lives in the little way I can for your glory, in Jesus name. Amen!
