_"Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."_
🔮 TOPIC:*Soaring On Eagle's Wings*
Eagles’ wings are built for soaring and gliding on updrafts of warm air (thermals). The long feathers are slotted and can separate to allow air to flow smoothly and to prevent the eagles from stalling when flying at slower speeds. The outermost wing feathers display gradual narrowing (emarginations) or abrupt narrowing (notches) toward the tip of the feathers to create greater lift during flight. Eagles and other soaring birds have been seen at heights of over 20,000 feet (6,100 meters). Eagles’ bones, while strong, are hollow, making up less than 10 percent of their total body weight. This, of course, makes it easier for them to fly. The slow gliding and soaring facilitated by eagles’ wings enable eagles to spot prey from afar with their keen eyes.
Don't rely on your strength at the moment, even as a youth don't be deceived because you feel strong and energetic. Yes, you can run and make things happen. You feel secure, as if you can never lack anything. Don't be surprised that even the youth grows tired and weary and the young men stumble and fall. There's something important here for us to learn; soaring above the limitations of life. The eagle's always take a battle to that higher realm. It has the capacity to soar beyond the limit that other birds can reach. An eagle will not fight a snake in the terestial habitat. Once it takes it to that realm in the sky, it becomes powerless. It sees prey from afar in that realm above and comes down strategically to pick it up to the mountain and eat. It rarely miss it target.
The secret of soaring on eagle's wings is trusting in the Lord. The wings of eagles is the power house that gives it the ability to lift himself up and soar higher. If, you will soar beyond the limitations in this earthly realm, you will have to trust the Lord to carry you on the wings of eagles for you to soar. Grace can give you speed to soar and break barriers. Hope in the Lord, then you get your strength renewed. If, you dwell too much in the natural, you will be influenced by the circumstances that surrounds that realm. Take the battle into the supernatural, soar in the Spirit. Once you gather momentum in the realm of the Spirit, you become unstoppable. You will run and not grow weary, and will also walk and not be faint.
