🔮 *Resisting the Devil*
The devil always look for opportunity to come into someone's life to cause confusion. The enemy can come through your thoughts, making some suggestions into your mind. As believers, we must be able to discern, when the enemy tries to operate in our lives. Don't give the enemy the foothold to operate in your life. If, you give him a little space, he will seek to occupy everywhere and put you out of control.
The language that this enemy understand is violence. You should violently resist the devil from operating in your life. But, this can only be possible if you first surrender yourself unto God. You cannot sit on the fence. It's either you are on the Lord's side or on the side of the devil. You can't be on the devil side and try to resist him. You have to be on the Lord's side, then you can now successfully resist the devil.
The devil will flee from you, when you abide in the word of God. The word of God is a powerful weapon to use in resisting the devil. You have to immediately counter every evil suggestions with the word of God. Don't give the enemy a breathing space in your life. Put the enemy out of the affairs of your life, career, marriage, business etc. Take a stand on the word of God. Prayerfully meditate on the word of God and apply the word when the need arises from day to day activities.
👏PRAYER
I'm grateful Lord for the victory that you have given me through the cross. I overcome every tactics of the enemy against my life and family in Jesus name. I resist the devil, by the power of the Holy Spirit. The enemy will not have a space to operate in my life, family, business and ministry in Jesus name. Amen!
