'And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: (1 John 5:11-14)
🔮 *Know that You have Eternal Life*
God has given to every believer in Christ Jesus eternal life. This life is in His only begotten Son. No Jesus, no lIfe. The apostle John bear record to this truth. He wrote the epistle to the believers. Firstly, that they may know that they have eternal life. Eternal life is the promise of the Father through His Son Jesus Christ. 'For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.' (John 3:16). Secondly, that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. This is not just a repitition. Your understanding of having received eternal life will affirm your faith on the name of the Son of God.
The revelation knowledge of the word God validate the authenticity of who we believe. The scripture cannot be broken. Whatever, you read and find in the word of God is true and you'll begin to see the manifestation and the tangibility of the truth in God's word, as you simply believe. The revelation brings a convinction to your heart by the Spirit which stirs your heart to follow the Lord and rely totally on Him to become saved. Then, as you make decision to follow the Lord, He leads you in the path of life.
Our faith in the Son of God gives us confindence in approaching the Father. 'And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:' The life of Christ in you gives you access to the throne. You can be confindent that God hears you when you pray according to His will. Knowing that, you have eternal life gives you boldness and confidence in the Lord. The enemy tries to attack this confidemce, through false beliefs and deception. Believe the word of God and you shall know peace.

Thank you Heavenly Father, for the eternal life given to us through your Son Jesus Christ. I believe your word, help me to abide in this truth in Jesus name. Amen!
