🔮 *Immerse in God's love*
The Lord is not expecting a lesser love, than that which He has lavished upon us. We cannot love Him less, because He has shown us so great love. He first loved us, and it's expected of us to love Him so much in return. 'Wherefore I say unto thee, Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little.' (Luke 7:47)
If, you have ever received God's forgiveness for the sins and debt that you couldn't bear, you would pour out your love and affection on the Lord, just like that Mary who broke the expensive alabaster box and anointed Jesus with the ointment. The woman valued the salvation, which she had received and she didn't considered the ointment, as too much to be poured on the Lord. She was totally immersed in love for the Lord and gave all she had to show the love in return.
The greatest of all the commandment is 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ He's our first love. Love precedes obedience in the new testament. It won't be difficult to obey the Lord, if you truly love him. It becomes easy to yield to the will of God, when you get baptized into His love. Love will be the drive and propeller towards obedience. We should get deeper in God's love everyday.

Almighty God, I'm grateful for the love that you have shown me. I receive grace to love you with all my heart, mind and strength in Jesus name. Amen! 🙏
