_“And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days.'_ (Joel 2:28-29)
🔮 *The Promise of the Spirit*
Long time ago, the Father has promised to pour out His Spirit upon all people without discrimination or favoritism. The promise was going to impact the diverse phases of life with a definate effect on each categories of people. No one is to be left out of this promise both young and old, white or black. Every race, tribes and tongues are predestined to experience this great promise.
We are already in the era of the fulfillment of the promise. The fulfillment started with the Apostles in the upper room on the day of Pentecost. The Holy Spirit is hovering upon the surface of the earth till today to find a space in the life of every individual whose heart are willing and open to receive Him. The promise cannot just come upon you, without following the due process of believing in the Lord Jesus Christ and accept Him as your personal Lord and savior.
The outpouring also have levels. You shouldn't be satisfied with the initial measure until you are filled to the brim. If, it is a promise then you have to desire the fulfillment in your life. The first phase of the promise is that your sons and daughters will prophesy. We ought to see the effect of the outpouring of the Spirit upon our children. The prophetic unction must come upon them to prophesy. The second phase is that our old men and women will dream dreams. Dream is a powerful revelational gift of the Spirit. This will provide spiritual guidance and hope for the future. The third phase is that the young people will see visions. The Holy Spirit is the power house of great visions. You cannot be fully baptize in the Holy Spirit and be vision less. Servants also are not let out. God desires that His Spirit will be poured upon all flesh to show forth His praise and glory in the last days.

Almighty Father, I praise you for the promise of your Spirit. I believe and receive the great outpouring of the promise for the fulfillment of my purpose in Jesus name. Amen
