'I will give them an undivided heart and put a new spirit in them; I will remove from them their heart of stone and give them a heart of flesh.' (Ezekiel 11:19)
🔀 *A New Spirit and Heart* 🔀
This is God's promise to you. He knows the state and condition of every man's heart. 'The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?' (Jeremiah 17:9). Only God knows the depth of every man's heart. That, someone laughs with you doesn't mean they are happy with you.
The natural heart of a man needs to be transformed by the word to become brand new. God's plan is not to patch or manage the heart of stone. He promised to remove it and give you a flexible heart. A heart of flesh, which is receptive to God’s instructions.
The heart of stone is very rigid, but the word of God is very powerful and its like an hammer to break the stony heart in pieces. The Lord will give us an undivided heart, a heart that unites with others to fulfill God's purposes here on earth. He put a new Spirit inside those who receive His word into their hearts.
