 _'A hot-tempered person stirs up conflict, but the one who is patient calms a quarrel.'_ (Proverbs 15:18) 

🔀 *Temperance* 🔀

People who are hot tempered easily stir up conflict. Their reactions will always look as if they are quarreling with you, even when they are trying to express themselves. It's not good to be hot-tempered, because it can put someone into trouble. It makes you loose control of yourself and careless with the damages that may comes out of it. 

The one who is patient calms quarrel. If, you give harsh or hot response the way someone approach you, the issue will escalate without prompt solution. There's power in patience to silent the raging storms in communication. In any conflict, if one party is hot-tempered the other party involve must put on maturity and exhibit patient to calm the quarrel. 

Temperance is a fruit of the Spirit, which a believer is expected to manifest in dealing with people from day to day activities. Provocations and offences will definitely come, but how we respond to them really matters. The prove of our maturity is reflection of the fruit of the Spirit in our character and not in trying to avoid conflicts.
