 _'For this reason, ever since I heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all God’s people, I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers.'_ (Ephesians 1:15-16) 

🔀 *Intercession* 🔀

Many believers today needs someone to stand in the gap for them in prayers. These people are passing through lots of difficulties in their new found faith and being severely persecuted to quit the journey of faith. The work of establishing newly converted believers begins in the place of prayer. 

The warfare that the devil launches against those who intend to follow the Lord is so intense in order to make them turn back, but if there are people who can intercede for them, they would be able to stand firm and strong in the faith. 

The apostle Paul did not cease to give thanks for the ephesians brethren, since he heard about their faith in the Lord Jesus and love for all God's people. He was remembering them in prayers and this goes a long way in the sustainability of their faith. Intercession is part of our calling and we expected to do it passionately to the glory of God.

Heavely Father, I thank you for the grace and privilege to intercede. Help me not to faint, in Jesus name. Amen
