 _"Why, my soul, are you downcast? Why so disturbed within me? Put your hope in God, for I will yet praise him, my Savior and my God. (Psalms 42:11)._ 

🔀 *Put your Hope in God* 🔀

There are times you have to talk to yourself with God's word. Sometimes, you may experience a downtime in your lives and the soul becomes downcasted. Many factors can cause this fact and you may really be struggling and disturbed within you. 

Sometimes you may not quickly understand the situation, as it may be and making physical effort to come out of it. Anxiety leads to depression and can cause a lot of damage to the soul. There is someone, who so much cares for you and want you to lay all your burdens and cares on Him. 

The key solution is to deliberately put your hope in God and believe like the psalmist. Declaring that, 'I will yet praise God my Saviour and my God.' Don't give up in any circumstances, because God is indeed alive forevermore. Amen!

I'm grateful Lord, for all your goodness in my life. I put my hope in you everlasting Father and I believe that I will yet praise you, in Jesus name. Amen!
