_"With this in mind, we constantly pray for you, that our God may make you worthy of his calling, and that by his power he may bring to fruition your every desire for goodness and your every deed prompted by faith. We pray this so that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ. (2 Thessalonians 1:11-12)_
🔀 *Apostolic Prayer* 🔀
The apostle Paul was intentional about praying for the believers in each of the churches that he planted. He didn't have many opportunities to revisit some of these churches, but spent much time constantly praying Apostolic prayers for them to be strong in their new found faith.
Believers can be well established in the faith, through the constant prayers of the Saints. It's the responsibility of matured believers to stand in the gap for others. The first prayer point in our text is that, the brethren in Thessalonians may work worthy of their calling, for this is the will of God for them. Apostolic prayer focus on praying the will of God.
It is the Lord, who can bring every good desire of His children to fruition. 'He works in us both to will and to do according to His good pleasure.' It becomes easy to follow the Lord, when His love has captured one's heart. This is why Apostolic prayer is necessary, that Christ may be formed in the heart of the believers and that they may in turn raise other disciples.

Heavenly Father, I thank you for the understanding about the Apostolic prayer, please give me more grace to Intercede for the church and nations, in Jesus name. Amen!
