 _"If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must rule over it.” (Genesis 4:7)_ 

📍 *Rule over the Sinful Desires*📍

There is sometimes conflict, between doing what is right and wrong. And it all begins from the desires and personal choices that we make on a daily basis. If, we choose to do what is right, it will be acceptable in the sight of God, but if we failed to do it, sin is crouching gradually at the door and it can leads to rejection. 

God expects us to rule over the sinful desires. Deal with the desires, before it  takes hold of you and you find it difficult to be in control. Temptation is not sin, but yielding to the desires or lusts is what leads to sin. Silent every thoughts contrary to the will of God in your heart with God's word. This is the way to rule over the sinful desires. Don't give room or opportunity to gratify the lust of the flesh. 

The only way out of escape, from the trap of lustful thoughts and desires is to rule over it by consistent meditation on the word of God. There is an appropriate word of God for every issues of life, that goes on in the mind. 'Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;' (2 Corinthians 10:5) 

🙏PRAYER 

Heavenly Father, I thank you for the victory given through your word. I pray for the abundant grace to always rule over every sinful desires and remain sanctify by the truth, in Jesus name. Amen!
