 _"After they prayed, the place where they were meeting was shaken. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly." (Acts 4:31)_ 

📍 *The Holy Ghost Effect*📍

The disciples had never prayed in such manner before, that 'after they prayed, the place where they were meeting was shaken.' This is indeed the Holy Ghost effect. The building felt an unusual presence, after their prayers and could not withstand it. It was shaken and people could really felt the impact on the building. They were not ordinary prayers, but utterances birthed by the power of the Holy Spirit. 

The disciples were all filled with the Holy Ghost again, an unusual grace came upon them and spoke the word of God bodly. Apostle Peter who was once coward, could stand up to preach boldly before the multitudes of people, who came from all over the places in Jerusalem to behold, that which was happening at the upper room and led to the conversion of three thousand souls. 

The baptism of the Holy Spirit turns ordinary men into extraordinary. Everything about the disciples changed, after they got baptized in the Holy Ghost. "Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus. (Acts 4:13). The Holy Ghost amplified the intimacy, which the disciples had with the Lord, while He was with them.

Thank you Lord, for your grace and mercy. Fill me Lord with the Holy Spirit and let my life receive a divine turnaround for your glory and praise, in Jesus name. Amen!
