It was a glorious event that took place, as the Lord Jesus Christ approach the city of Jerusalem. The crowds gathered and some went ahead of Him, while some people followed Him. They were all excited shouting; “Hosanna to the Son of David!” “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!”“Hosanna in the highest heaven!”

The people could not withold their joy, as they saw the Lord on the ass going up into Jerusalem. A very great multitude spread their garments in the way; others cut down branches from the tree and strawed them in the way. When he came into Jerusalem, all the city was moved, saying, who's this? 'And the multitude said, This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee.' (Matthew 21:11) 

The Lord has made many impact in the lives of the people and in so many places. This was the climax of His glory before His crucifixion. He was glorified in the face of all the people, which surprised many people in the city of Jerusalem that, who could this be? The multitude had to reply that, 'This is Jesus the prophet of Nazareth of Galilee.' It shows that, they were really excited to usher Jesus into Jerusalem. I hope you also really excited, as you read this passage. We should be more excited, as we see Jesus even glorified this day and forever.
