The message of the gospel about the new life in Christ Jesus, is not such a message that can be stopped, it's expected to be spread among all people and nations. The Lord Himself is overseeing the affairs of the spread of the gospel to the ends of the earth and once the mission is accomplished, the end shall come.(Matt.24:14).

As the gospel was advancing in those days, with signs and wonders happening by the hands of the apostles. 'Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them.' There was a great mighty revival. 'There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one.'

The high priest rose up and all they that were with him, which is the sects of the Saducces and were filled with indignation. They were angry with this great move of God and tried to halt the move by laying hands on the apostles and put them in the common prison. 

The Lord responded to rescue the apostles by sending an angel in the night to open the prison door and instructed them to go stand in the temple court to tell the people all about this new life. It's impossible to stand against the move of God. Everyone of us, has the responsibility to speak all about this new life that we have received in Christ Jesus. Your testimony is a witness of good news to the people, that you come in contact with. Play your part in spreading the goodnews of salvation to the people who are lost in the world.

Thank you Lord for the grace and privilege to be a flag bearer of the gospel to the dying world. Please Lord, help me to be courageous and faithful to the end in Jesus name. Amen!
