"For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch. But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall. (Malachi 4:1-2)

Righteousness will be the balm of healing for God's people in the last days. The banner of righteousness shall arise with healing in its wings upon those who reverence the name of the LORD, while judgement will be passed over all the proud and those that do wickedly.
The fear of the LORD will deliver many from the snare of evil. 'Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.' (2 Timothy 2:19). The Lord will mark out those who are is in the days of trouble and calamity and make the sun of righteousness with healing in it wings to rise upon them.
In a more deeper view and understanding, the Lord Jesus Christ, who is our righteousness will arise and bring healing upon those who fear God. A righteous person may experience affliction, but there's hope of healing and restoration. The Lord will deliver the righteous from every affliction. Healing and deliverance is coming for you, because the sun of righteousness will arise with healing in it wings upon you.
