"The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and the one who is wise saves lives. If the righteous receive their due on earth, how much more the ungodly and the sinner! (Proverbs 11:30-31)

There are kinds of fruit that the righteous produces, first is the fruit of the Spirit. This fruit is said to be a tree of life. The other aspect is the fruit of soul winning, we are chosen in Christ Jesus to be fruit bearers.  'Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.' (John 15:16) 

'The one who is wise saves lives.' This is a primary task or assignment, which the Lord gave to every of His disciples. Soul winning should be taken as priority in our Christian walk. We should not fold our hands and 'sidon' look at souls perishing in the field. It's quite unfortunate, if we are not producing any substantial fruit and claimed to be righteous. It is by their fruit we shall know them. 

What kind of fruit are you producing? Every tree bears fruits after his own kind. We are to reproduce the tree of life through the fruits that we bear, because in every fruit is a seed capable of becoming a tree, when it is sow into the ground. The fruit of the righteous is precious to God.

Thank you Lord for the grace to be a life fruit bearer. I pray that, I bear much fruit to the glory of your name, in Jesus name. Amen!
