There's a path that sinners thread in the world, always trigger by the lustful desires. But, believers does not longer have the obligation to walk in the way and manner that sinners do. We must beware of the company of people that we keep to avoid the influence of corruption. We have once walked this path, before God had mercy on us and called us out of darkness into His marvellous light. 

The one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers are called blessed. We are called out to be separate. 'Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,' (2 Corinthians  6:17). 

Some believers still want to feel among their unbelieving friends, especially to avoid being persecuted with words. Don't be deceived, it's unprofitable to hide your new identity as a Christian. You must be courageous to walk out of certain relationships. 'Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?' (2 Corinthians 6:14). Standing in the way of sinners, will open you up to corruption.

🙏PRAYER

I'm grateful Lord, for you are a merciful Lord. Please, open my eyes oh Lord to see, where I'm standing in the way of sinners and by mercy bring me out to the right path, in Jesus name. Amen!
