📍 *Avoid Selfish Ambitions*📍

It is selfish ambition, that leads to strife and the pursuit of vain glory. Selfish ambition will harm one's destiny. It usually truncate God's plan and purpose, when you yield yourself to follow your selfish ambition. Selfish ambition is one of the products of the old man (Mr. Flesh) which must die.
The moment your plans and thoughts are self centered and cannot bend to the will of God, then there is a problem. You are already creating a problem for your destiny. We ought to live a life free of selfish ambition to live a well fulfilled life. Life is not only about satisfying yourself, we are created for each other as well. We must learn to think also, about others and be able to make a meaningful impact.
Always consider your actions, if it will hurt your neighbors and not only think about pleasing yourself. Don't try to esteem yourself better than others, but in humility esteem others better than yourself. Self promotion leads to vain glory, but true glory is when God lifts you, because of your humility. As Christians, we must not be self seeking, but live a life that glorifies God. Then, the Lord will be glorified in us and we in Him.

Thank you Lord for your mercies endures forever. Have mercy upon me LORD, in any way that I have been full of myself. Let the Holy Spirit help me to overcome every forms of self centeredness in Jesus name. Amen!
