♐ *The Obtaining of the Glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.*

_"But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth: Whereunto he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. (2 Thessalonians 2:13-14)_

We are chosen by God's mercy unto salvation from the beginning through sanctification of the Spirit and the belief of truth. The gospel is not a fable or old tale story, it is God's plan for the salvation of mankind. He has purposed to save man from the beginning of time, through the gospel of salvation about His Son Jesus Christ whom He would send to the world to redeem man.
Adam and Eve were sent out of the garden of Eden in order not to take from the tree life in the fallen state , so that man can be redeemable and the sinful nature will not be immortalized. Jesus Christ came to the world to make sacrifice for our sins and gave us the hope of redemption. Anyone who believes this truth will escape the corruption that is in the world through the sanctification of the Holy Spirit.
Not only that, we have been called by the gospel to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. Believers will reign with Jesus in glory. The crown of glory await those who could endure the trials of faith and hold on to their faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. 'And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together. For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. (Romans 8:17-18)

Awesome God, I give you praise. May I obtained the glory which you have promised to your chosen people, in Jesus name. Amen!
