♐ *We Should be to the Praise of His Glory*

 _"In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will: That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. (Ephesians  1:11-12)_

The scripture established that God has given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, according to His divine power. (2 Peter 1:3). Everyone, that believes the gospel has been alloted an everlasting inheritance in Christ Jesus. We have obtained an inheritance in Christ, the Son of God. 

We are heirs of the promises of God and joint-heirs with Christ, through redemption and our sanctification. It pleases God to predestinate us for this inheritance, according to the purpose of His will. He works all things, after the counsel of His own will. 

The gospel of salvation is for our own benefits. God has accomplished all the works of salvation on the cross, through the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. He did all these, that we should be to the praise of His glory. The glory of God is more visible in the gospel. He takes all the glory, 'That no flesh should glory in his presence.' (1 Corinthians 1:29). 'To God only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen.' (Romans  16:27). 

🙏PRAYER 

Dear Heavenly Father, I give you praise and glory. I believe that I am made in Christ to be to the praise of Your glory. Let my whole life be an expression of Your praise and glory, in Jesus name. Amen!
