'And the key of the house of David will I lay upon his shoulder; so he shall open, and none shall shut; and he shall shut, and none shall open. And I will fasten him as a nail in a sure place; and he shall be for a glorious throne to his father's house. And they shall hang upon him all the glory of his father's house, the offspring and the issue, all vessels of small quantity, from the vessels of cups, even to all the vessels of flagons. (Isaiah 22:22-24)

Every family has a peculiar glory. There's a glory that pertain to your father's house. Sometimes wicked people in the family blood line manipulate the glory in their lineage. The glory of someone's father house can be diverted or buried and none of the family members will be able to utilize it. 

There are spiritual things that believers should not be ignorant about. Esau sold the glory of the first born, which he supposed to rightfully inherit. Jacob took advantage and received the blessings and glory the first born. The glory of his father's house rested upon him and it was too late for Esau to take it back, though he fought hard to get it.

The glory of one father's house can hang upon an individual in the blood line. The last born can overtake the firstborn, if the firstborn does not guard his/her loins and occupy the sit up front. The Lord Jesus Christ inherited the glory of His father's house by prophecy, which we read in the passage. You can recover the lost glory of your father's house and make a difference in your generation.

Thank you Father, for your mercies endures forever. I destroy every power and evil forces contending with the glory of my father's house, in Jesus name. Amen!
