 _'What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him? For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour. (Psalms 8:4-5)_ 

✍️ 

The love of God towards man is so amazing. One of the great privileges that God gave to man that he made was that he was crowned with glory and honour to have dominion over all things that God had made. Man was created special in God’s image and likeness and other things were put under his feet. 

This must have been the reason why Satan targeted the downfall of man at the very beginning of time. God was mindful of man in the Genesis of creation and visited him at the cool of day. Man was treated special, though he was made little lower than the angel, he was crowned with glory and honour. 

Man became highly valuable, because of the glory and honour that God puts on him. The glory of God makes a huge difference upon one's life. A man is empty or useless when the glory and honour is missing. Sin is an enemy of glory, which can strip a man of the crown of glory and honour. We regain the crown of glory and honour by becoming born again through repentance and dedication of our lives to become a bona-fide child of God. 

🙏PRAYER 

I give you praise and glory, everlasting Father. I'm grateful for the crown of glory and honour, which is my inheritance in Christ Jesus my Lord. May I not lose the crown of glory and honour, in Jesus name. Amen!
