 _"He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over Jacob’s descendants forever; his kingdom will never end.” (Luke 1:32-33)_

 *The Promises for His Birth*

Prior, to the birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, many promises has gone forth both from the angel of the Lord and God's servant the Prophets. The expectation was high concerning the birth of Jesus.

He wasn't an ordinary child. The scripture said concerning Him, that He will be great and be called the Son of the Most High God. He was God's indescribable gift to the human race. God sent forth His own Son to be born of a woman in the form of the flesh, that He may redeem those in the flesh from the bondage of corruption.

The Lord God has promised to give unto Him, the kingdom of His father David. He was born into the household of David, that He may inherit the kingdom and reign over the descendents of Jacob forever. The scripture established that, His kingdom will never end. These promises are for our edification, that we may believe in the exceeding greatness of the Son of God and be saved.

🙏PRAYER

I believe in Jesus, the Son of the Most High God. I pray that, the eyes of many also may be open in this season to believe in Jesus Christ, that He was sent by God. In His most precious name, I prayed. Amen!
