 *God's Character and Power*

It’s important to understand that, the Almighty God is not a man. The judgment of the LORD is exceedingly far beyond that of man. He is the righteous judge, very patient in nature and character. 'It's the LORD's mercies, that we are not consumed, because His compassion fails not.' 

We have to understand the two sides of God i.e His judgment and mercies. He's slow to anger, but His long-suffering should not be taken for granted.  'The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.' (2 Peter 3:9). 

The Lord is great in power, nothing can withstand the power of the living God.' 'His way is in the whirlwind and the storm, and clouds are the dust of his feet.' The understanding of God's power should make us to fear the LORD and tremble at His feet. His character draws us near unto Him, and His power preserves us.

Thank you Yahweh for your mercies endures forever. I pray that, I may know Christ Jesus my Lord the more and the power of His resurrection, in Jesus name. Amen!
