*Commitment of Prayers for Others*

The apostles laboured in prayer for the new converts. Prayer is one of the important aspects of the gospel. The great commission does not only involve preaching the word, prayer also is much involved. We can pray about everything in life, there's no limit to prayer.
A lot of people pray, but most people only pray for themselves, while only few remember to pray for others. Intercession is part of our Christian life and calling. You become more fulfilled in your calling and purpose, when you are committed to praying for others.
The Lord counts on our ceaseless prayer for the establishment of the people coming to the knowledge of Christ. The apostle Paul made it a priority to give thanks and intercede for the new converts in Ephesus, after he heard about their faith and love unto all the Saints. Don't underrate the effectual power of prayer! Our God is able to do exceedingly beyond our imagination, when we pray.
