 *Blessed are Those Who Fear the LORD*

It’s a great blessing indeed to fear the LORD. The deeper your relationship with God, the more the blessings unfolds. It's such a blessing that is beyond material things, though they are inclusive but the blessedness of those who fear the LORD is far beyond the ephemeral things of the world.

The fear of the LORD makes us rooted in the love of God and all His blessings. 'Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:' (Ephesians  1:3). The reverence of the Holy and Almighty God, attracts great blessings and promises.

It’s a generational blessing. 'His seed shall be mighty upon earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed. Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness endureth for ever.' (Psalms 112:2-3). The obedience to God's commandments is for our own good and benefits. You are making an eternal investment, that is incorruptible kept in heaven for you.

Thank you Lord Jesus. I love the Lord with all my heart and ask for the grace to abide in the fear of the LORD, that I may inherit all the spiritual and physical blessings in store for me according to God's promises, in Jesus name. Amen!
