 _"The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, “Abba, Father.” (Romans 8:15)_

 *No Longer a Slave to Fear*

Man was brought under the influence and terror of fear, when sin creeped into the human race. The first man Adam could not longer withstand the presence of God, after He disobeyed.  'And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.' (Genesis  3:9).

There have been nothing like fear in him, prior to this time. He has been enjoying fellowship with God at the cool of day all this while. But, the fall made a way to fear. He knew that something had already gone in His relationship with God and could not be bold enough to appear before Him.

Christ came to redeem man and restore the fellowship he once had with God. We can draw near bodly to the throne of grace, because of that which Christ has done on the cross. You are no longer a slave to fear, you are now a child of God through the Spirit of adoption. You ought not to live in fear again, your faith in God is the power to silent fear.

🙏PRAYER

Thank you Lord for your love is amazing. I'm no longer a slave to fear. I'm free indeed from every bondage of fear, in Jesus name. Amen!
