 *You Shall Observe Rest*

The LORD in His great wisdom has designed rest for man. It's an obligation for every human to observe rest and cease from labour at the appropriate time. It is an abuse of the body, if you failed to give it adequate rest when necessary.

The LORD has given us six days to work in a week and appointed the seventh day for sabbath. The earing time and harvest season is not an excuse to over labour. These our earthen vessels are weak and needs time to recuperate and recover fully. One can easily breakdown, if you perpetually skip the time of rest. 

It’s a great risk to the health of every individual, that does not value rest. Our major strive and the pursuit of the kingdom of God is that we may enter into His rest. Rest is the ultimate goal, after our labour here on earth. A time will come, when all flesh shall cease from the earthly toilings and the Saints shall enter into their glorious rest. We must labour while yet it is day, for the night cometh when no man can work.

I bless Your holy name Yahweh, the only true and faithful God. Please, help me to properly manage my life and glorify You with my body, in Jesus name. Amen!
