*The Depth of God's Gift*

We cannot deeply understand the gift of God, if the weight and gravity of our sinful life in the past does not really dawn on us. We were once lost, wandering away in diverse sinful lusts that leads to death. The wages of sin is constant, spiritual death is inevitable for sinners that fails to repent.
In our helpless condition and state, the love of God found us and the depth of His love and gift to humanity was revealed. Even while, we were yet a sinner Christ died for us and took upon Himself the wages for our sins that we may be saved and obtain eternal life.
There's a revelation in the conversation of Jesus with the Samaritan woman; 'Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.' (John 4:10). If we understand the depth of God's gift, we will value it with our whole life.

Thank you everlasting Father, for your great grace that found me. I pray that, I will be able to comprehend the in depth of your precious gift of all time, in Jesus name. Amen!
