Galatians  5:13

 *Use Your Freedom to Serve in Love*

Now, that we are no longer a slave to sin, we can utilize our freedom in a much better way by yielding ourselves in humility to serve God and humanity. In the days that we were heavily yoked to the flesh, we were mastered by sin. The moment a teenager clocks eighteen years, he or she begins to feel that he needed to be free from the control of the parents, especially in decision making.

If, the freedom at such level is not well managed the teenager can find him/herself in bondage while looking for freedom. Though, we are called unto liberty, but we shouldn't use the liberty as an occasion to indulge in the works of the flesh.

We must be conscious that, a precious price was paid for our liberty. It should not be taken for granted, but to be used to do the right things. We can use our freedom to willingly lay down ourselves by love to serve one another. Remember that, if a man will be great, he must first be a servant. (Matt. 23:11). Servanthood is a way up not down.

I'm grateful oh Lord, for the revelation knowledge of your word. I humble myself and pray for grace to effectively use my liberty in Christ to serve in a way that is well pleasing unto You, in Jesus name. Amen!
