*PENTECOST FOR SERVICE*

The promise of the Holy Spirit came upon the disciples on the day of Pentecost. The baptism of the Holy Spirit aligned with the feast of Pentecost. The apostles has been told before the ascension of Jesus Christ, that they would receive power, after that the Holy Spirit is come upon them.
They were to experience Pentecost, before fully launching out to fulfill the great commission given to them by the Lord. Pentecost is an essential experience for believers to be effective in the service of God.
It’s the power of the Holy Spirit, that can enable us for an effective witness of Jesus Christ accross the world. 'Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth.' (Psalms 110:3). There's no how a believer will experience Pentecost and still sit down in the comfort zone not making any impact with the gospel. Pentecost is the propeller for an effective witnessing and representation of Jesus Christ around the world.
There's a spark of holy fire, which ignites your heart to fulfill purpose after experiencing Pentecost. Evangelism and missions will not be something that you struggle to do, you will see it as an inexcusable responsibility and do it with a sense of urgency.

Thank You, Abba Father. I surrender my heart and will to You. I'm open to receive and experience the power of Pentecost for an effective witnessing of Christ Jesus, my Lord. In His powerful name I pray. Amen!
