Nehemiah  1:5 

 _"And said, I beseech thee, O LORD God of heaven, the great and terrible God, that keepeth covenant and mercy for them that love him and observe his commandments:"_

 *Key in Worship: Acknowledgement*

We must learn to acknowledge God in our worship. Acknowledgement is very key in worship. A deep reflection of the personality of God and what He does, will deepen your worship and opens the channel of your spirit to the realm of God's presence. The gates are lifted, as you approach it with thanksgiving in your heart. 

Nehemiah, began to beseech God in prayer by acknowledging the greatness and awesomeness of the LORD God of heaven. It should register in our minds, that the God of heaven is far greater than any problem that we may be facing. You do much better in prayer, when you worship and pray with deep understanding of God. 

The knowledge of God feeds your mind and influences  the way you acknowledge Him in worship. The everlasting God 'keeps covenant and mercy for them that love him and observe his commandments:' He will not fail in your own turn and beyond.

I'm eternally grateful to you, oh Lord for your mercy and love endures forever. I acknowledge you, in all my ways and believe that you will direct my paths, in Jesus mighty name. Amen!
