*The Blood of the Covenant*

The feast of Passover was very significant to the death of Christ. The Lord Jesus Christ, ate the last supper with His disciples during Passover and told them what it means symbolically.
The bread was said to be his body, while the drink symbolically stands for the blood of the Covenant. The significant difference between the old testament/Covenant and the new Covenant is the blood of the Covenant.
The blood of Jesus Christ removes sin completely and purifies the conscience from guilt. It speaks better things than the blood of Abel. It births the redemption plan of God for the new creation man.
Any man in Christ is a new creature, old things are passed away, behold all things are become new. The blood of the new Covenant, that Christ sheds for many satisfies the wrath of God over a sinner that repent from his/her evil ways. The blood of the Covenant is sufficient for the remission of our sins.

Thank you Lord Jesus, for the sacrifice of your blood. I pray that you establish the Covenant of your blood over my life, family, church and nation, in Jesus name. Amen!
