Isaiah 1:18

 _“Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the LORD. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool."_

 *Settle the Matter with God*

The Lord invited His people to come and resolve the matter, which has separated them from Him. Oh, what a loving God! He does not want His people to perish in their sinful condition. He offered grace for the cleansing of their sins. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool." This is the power of redemption. 

The issue of sin is a big matter to settle with God. You cannot hide it from God. He knows each and everyone. We cannot prove smart by trying to conseal the matter of sin in our hearts. 'Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom.' (Psalms  51:6)

You alone, might really know the long standing matter between you and God. The Lord is saying, come now and let's settle the matter. Don't procrastinate, settle it quickly and be set free from the yoke of sin. Don't argue with your maker, it's a case you can't win by trying to justify yourself, except He Justifies you. Be sincerely sorry, and allow Him to take you out of your mess and make you completely whole.

Thank you Lord, for your great mercy and compassion. I confess my sins, heal me oh Lord and make me whole Spirit, soul and body, in Jesus name. Amen!
