 *Changing the Verdict of Death*

Isaiah  38:1 

 _"In those days was Hezekiah sick unto death. And Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz came unto him, and said unto him, Thus saith the LORD, Set thine house in order: for thou shalt die, and not live.  38:2 Then Hezekiah turned his face toward the wall, and prayed unto the LORD,  38:3 And said, Remember now, O LORD, I beseech thee, how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore._

King Hezekiah was sick unto death and a word came from the LORD, through the prophet Isaiah. He was told to set his house in order. If, he needed to write a will and put necessary things in place before he would die. He was assured by the prophet that he shall die and not live. There wasn't really any record of evil, that he has done which could have caused this verdict of death and the prophet even couldn't help him out of the matter. Hezekiah didn't say anything to what the prophet has said, but turned to the wall to settle the matter between him and God in prayer. He humbly presented his case before God and wept sore. He wasn't ready to die, he wished that God could spare his life, if not for other things but for the sake of his intimate walk and relationship with God. The LORD heard his heart cry and sent the prophet again to change the verdict of death and the LORD added fifteen years to his age. The important lesson here is that prayer changes things. The doctor might have given you stipulated time that you have left to live, but the power of God can turn around every evil report. Who's report would you believe?

♦️Thank you Lord for your loving-kindness which is better than life. 

♦️There's none like you in heaven and the earth. You're the mighty redeemer. 

♦️I pray oh Lord this day, that you will have mercy on me. 

♦️ I plead my case before your presence and ask for justice, in Jesus name. 

♦️Oh Lord, turn again my captivity in Jesus name. 

♦️Father, reverse every verdict of death against my life, according to the multitudes of your mercies in Jesus name. 

♦️Father, let every negative prophecies against my life, family, church, nation be cancelled by the power in the blood of Jesus Christ.

♦️I redeem the time and escape every plots and snare of death in Jesus name. 

♦️Every handwriting of ordinances that was against me, which was contrary to me, was taken out of the way, and my Lord Jesus Christ nailed it to His cross. 

♦️Almighty God, destroy the power of sin and death over my life, family,  church, and nation in Jesus name. 

♦️I shall not die, but live to declare the wonderful works of the Lord. 

♦️Father, let every arrows of death shoot against me and my family members back fire right now, in Jesus name. 

♦️The Lord will satisfy me with long life and show me His salvation, in Jesus mighty name. Amen!!!
