  Luke  1:68 

 _"Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for he hath visited and redeemed his people,  1:69 And hath raised up an horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David;  1:70 As he spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world began:"_ 

 *#He has Visited and Redeemed His People* 

There have been a long time promise of God's visitation and redemption for His people. The prophets who prophesied about the grace that should come to us, have enquired and search diligently. 'Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow.' (1 Peter  1:11)

There was a man in Jerusalem whose name was Simeon in those days of the birth of Christ, who has been waiting for the consolation of Israel. He found favour with God, and the Holy Ghost was upon him. 'And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord's Christ.' (Luke  2:26). He had the great opportunity to experience the divine visitation, before he died. 

The prophet Zacharais, the father of John the Baptist after his mouth was opened and his tongue loosed. He spoke and praise God. He became filled with the Holy Ghost and spoke about the fulfillment of the long time promise of God by the mouth of His prophets. A promise which has been since the world began. 

'Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for he has visited and redeemed His people. And hath raised up an horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David;' Don't miss this great visitation and glorious redemption. Believe the gospel and receive Jesus Christ into your heart today, if you haven't done so.
