_"And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, 2:14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men."_
*#Glory to God in the Highest*
At the place of the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ, the angel of the Lord came upon the shepherds that were keeping watch over their flock at night to bring good tidings and joy, which shall be to all people. It wasn't just for the shepherds, but were the first to heard it and saw the fulfillment of the prophecy about the birth of Christ. The angel opened their understanding concerning that which was written, before His birth.
Suddenly, there was multitude of the heavenly host with the angel, praising God. It was an exciting moment, that would amaze the shepherds. They haven't ever experienced such an event. What a glory and unforgettable memories they saw that night, these were mere shepherds in a manger hosting the born saviour and King. What a joy that would fill their hearts, when they heard the good tidings of salvation from an angel.
The heavenly host and the angel were praising God, rejoicing on the behalf of the inhabitants of the earth. Saying, Glory to God in the highest! God came through for us. He remembered us in our low estate to bring salvation and deliverance from the hands of our enemies. They declared peace on earth and good will toward men. Glory to God in the highest!!!

Heavenly Father, I give you glory. To you alone be the glory forever, for all you have done to save us. Be exalted and highly lifted up everywhere, throughout all ages, in Jesus name. Amen!
