*#Cast your Burden Upon the Lord*
Every individual has a particular burden in their heart. The burden varies based on the kind of issues each person is facing. It's only the Lord that can perfectly know and understand our struggles. He knows about our infirmities and weaknesses. He reads your mind and know exactly how you feel.
He doesn't just want to sympathize with our conditions, but offers to bear our burdens. It's not your duty to carry your burden. Cast your burden upon Him for He cares for you and He will sustain you. Jesus Christ sent an open invitation to all that labour and heavy laden with a promise to give them rest. (Matt. 11:28).
'He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.' Don't let the burden moves you, before you move them to the right channel. It's beyond you to bear, trust in the Lord to free your neck from the yoke of the burden and receive the rest promised. What a friend, we have in Jesus, all our griefs and sorrow bear. What a privilege to carry everything to God in prayers. Prayer is the link, through which you cast your burden upon the Lord.
