*#Sustaining Peace in the Times of Trouble*
Our Lord Jesus Christ, gave a fore knowledge of what would happen to the disciples in the world, that they might have peace in Him, when those things He said to them would begin to unfold into reality. He bluntly told them, that they will have trouble in the world, and also gave them an assurance of His victory over the world, which is very key to preserve them in the midst of the trouble.
The fore knowledge of the truth, that they received was to enabled them to sustain peace in the midst of all the trouble that may comes their ways, helping them to have a view of victory at the latter end. The tribulations in the world doesn't have the final say, but He that was crucified and has triumphed over principalities and powers have the final say over every situations of life.
The responsibility of believers is to diligently search for the truth in the scriptures and hold tight to the hope in Christ, which is the anchor that keeps the soul, firm through the storms when the billows roll. At times, it might look as if, you are drowning in the tribulations, you can always at that critical point cry out to the Lord for a quick response of help to deliver your soul. The confidence in His divine promises brings peace and comfort in the times of trouble.
