 _The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance._

 *#The Lord is not Slack Concerning His Promise.* 

In our very own eyes, the promises of God may seems slow, but we need to understand that the Lord is not slow concerning His promise. The fulfillment of His promise is always on point and time. The accuracy of every divine promises is perfect. It shall speak at the appointed time, without any further delay. This requires patience on our side, and we should know that His promises cannot fail.

There are people who gets tired and wearied, while waiting on God and lost hope in the validity of what God has said. The Lord watches over His word to perform it. 'And Samuel grew, and the LORD was with him, and did let none of his words fall to the ground.' (1 Samuel  3:19)

Everything, is working out for your good, even that which looks like delay. The Lord is working out some better things for us in the process. The Lord is not slack concerning the promise of His return. His long-suffering is providing opportunity for many to come to repentance and not perish. The church maybe one of the cause of the delay, because the task of world evangelization is yet unfinished and the Lord is unwilling that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Thank you Lord for your mercies endures forever. I pray that you will help me to patiently wait for your salvation and also lead many unto salvation. I pray that everything shall work out for my good at the end, in Jesus name. Amen!
