Ecclesiastes 5:18

 _This is what I have observed to be good: that it is appropriate for a person to eat, to drink and to find satisfaction in their toilsome labor under the sun during the few days of life God has given them—for this is their lot._ 

 *#Living in Your Lot* 

It is the will of God that we should prosper and be in good health. God's desire is that man should enjoy the fruit of their labour. It's first important to discover your lot in the word of God and aim at living in the will of God for you. 

The writer of our text today observed that, 'it's appropriate for a person to eat, to drink and to find satisfaction in their toilsome labor under the sun during the few days of life God has given them,' and he concluded that this is their lot. 

If we are not enjoying all this yet, it means there are contentions over our lot, which we have to overcome and posses our inheritance in Christ Jesus. Delay is not a denial. God will not deny us, this good benefits as we keep asking until our joy is full. 

There is hope for everyone of us and we should never give up on the present circumstances, but look forward to enjoy all that God has allotted for our benefits. The Lord is able to turn the difficult seasons of your life around and establish you where you ought to be.

I praise you Lord for your good will towards me. I pray that you bring me into my lot in Christ. Let every contentions cease over my inheritance, in Jesus mighty name. Amen!
