*#Are You not Much Better than They?*

Matthew  6:26 

 _"Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?  6:27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?"_ 

 *#Are You not Much Better than They?* 

The value that we place on our lives determines the way we see ourselves. The way you think about yourself reflect who you are I.e your identity. Do you know your identity? Do you know that you are made in the image and likeness of God and much more valuable than the fowl of the air; 'for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns, yet the scriptures said your Heavenly Father feeds them. Do you know that you are fearfully and wonderfully made? 

We are where we are today based on the level of our faith. It is impossible to please God without faith. (Heb. 11:3). Then, how can we enjoy His best, if we do not please Him by trusting always that He will take care of us.

The way we live our lives sometimes, is as if God is not really interested in our lives, so we try to struggle with our ability to acquire all our needs and put God aside, but when the rubber hit the road and we encounter difficult situations that is beyond what we can handle, then we remember God and start finding Him for solution. Imagine during the lock down that many people couldn't go to the place of work to find something to eat? It was God that sustained all of us. 

There are limitations and shortage in the earthly realm, but it is not so in the heavenly realm where the almighty dwells. He has more than enough to supply everyone that acknowledged Him in all their ways and lean not to their own understanding. If a particular door is closed, he can open several other doors. 'The earth is the Lord and the fullness thereof.' (PS. 24:1)

We cannot by taking thought add one cubit unto our stature. There are things that axienty cannot solve, it will remain stand still, but faith can move any mountains. You should learn to always trust God, because he cares for you more than you even do to yourself. 

 _"Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? yea, they may forget, yet will I not forget thee." (Isaiah  49:15)_

Father, I thank you for your everlasting love towards me. Please forgive me for my unbelief. Help me to begin to see the way that you valued me, in Jesus name. Amen!
