Romans 10:9
_"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. 10:11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed._

The gospel is preached to the world to provide access to the salvation, which is only found in Christ Jesus by the confession of faith. "...for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.(Acts 4:12)
Salvation comes to everyone by acknowledging and confessing the Lordship of Jesus Christ, as well as believing in thine heart that God has raised Him from the dead. It pleased God to save humanity through this method. "For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God." (1 Corinthians 1:18)
The confession of faith in christ Jesus opens the door of salvation to everyone who believe. This is the way we can help sinners to get saved. Salvation is not something far away, it is close to the heart of every man, who have the opportunity to hear the preaching of the gospel. (Rom.10:6-8)
It was written in the scriptures that, 'whosoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed.' You can have confidence in the name of Jesus. 'The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.' (Prov. 18:10). The righteous there are those who are made righteous by faith. It is 'with the heart that man believes unto righteousness.' "For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness." (Romans 4:3). Yes Lord, I believe!

Thank you Lord for the great provision made for my salvation. I believe with my heart that God raised my Lord Jesus from the dead and I confess Him as my personal Lord and Savior, in Jesus name. Amen!
