Anxiety doesn't lift up any burden in your heart for you, it causes depression and trouble in the heart. It's not a good way to deal with issues, that concerns our life. "Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?" (Matthew 6:27).
Taking thought does not add value to our statures. It's good to plan, but it must be subject to prayer. Plans without prayers turns to be a child's play. It remains just in the realms of dreams, without activation and fulfilment.
Learn to be careful for nothing and save yourself from mental stress. Present your requests to God, in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving. There's nothing you cannot pray about and there is no where that you cannot pray. It's not just by a long prayer session, that your request is granted. Instead of wasting time complaining to people who can't help you, lodge your complaint to the court of heaven.
There are urgent period when prayer is needed, don't be too conscious of your environment, whisper your requests to God and get quick results. Prayer is a spiritual hotline that doesn't fail in the times of need, as long as you're in good terms with God. You maintain a good relationship with God through a consistent communication and fellowship. You talk to God and He talks back to you.
When you cease from anxiety and learn to pray always, 'the peace of God which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.' 'Men always ought to pray and not to faint.'
