 _"Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him."_ 

 *#Perseverance Under Trial* 

Perseverance in the times of trial is a prove of our love for God. Your resistance to fall under temptations, shows your loyalty to God's standard. It's a way of honouring God, though you do not see Him but are conscious of His presence. And, He that sees what is done in the secret, will reward you with a crown of life which the Lord has promised to them that love Him. 

We are in such a time, when the love of many have waxed cold, because iniquity abound. It's a time that, believers need to persevere and maintain our stand in the righteousness of God. Don't compromise your faith, because others are falling away. The pressure may be too much, but God's grace is sufficient enough to enable us overcome in all circumstances. 

'Blessed is the man that endured temptations.' There is nothing to be compared to the blessing of such a man, who choose to persevere under trial. The glory that shall be revealed in us, far outweigh the trials of faith.

"Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls. (1 Peter  1:6-9).

Thank you Lord for the sufficient grace available to carry me through in my trials. I receive strength to endure and not faint, in Jesus name. Amen!
